Please be more specific. I am not following what you mean with "these" - the phone numbers or the parameters? Do you expect the server to not send "TEL;TYPE=FAX" phone numbers because the client did not declare its support for that? Or do you expect the client to discard any telephone number with unknown parameters? I think that behavior is not specified anywhere. I personally find it more natural to always store TEL values and use the known types merely as a hint. Consider the most extreme situation, a client which cannot store any type flags - wouldn't it be better to store TYPE=WORK and TYPE=HOME telephone numbers on such a client and then letting the user decide how to use them than not storing them at all? -- Best Regards, Patrick Ohly The content of this message is my personal opinion only and although I am an employee of Intel, the statements I make here in no way represent Intel's position on the issue, nor am I authorized to speak on behalf of Intel on this matter. _______________________________________________ SyncEvolution mailing list [email protected] https://lists.syncevolution.org/mailman/listinfo/syncevolution
