So, I get the meetings shown in every week and can only tell which one is real by looking at my Outlook calendar. I strongly suspect it is more common in business environments (I guess casual users are probably more likely to set such events by hand instead of using a rule). So, the number of people affected are probably a fairly small subset of syncevolution users.
