Synfig version 0.61.07 [EMAIL PROTECTED] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: dooglus (dooglus) Date: 2008-02-11 12:54 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1546005 Originator: NO Yes, that's how it works. The ducks each represent the positions of vertices relative to the layer's green position duck. Linking the ducks makes sure that each vertex will have the same offset from the layer's position. If the layers have the same positions, that will cause the ducks to be in the same place, but otherwise they won't. You can link the two position ducks if you want the linked ducks to be in the same place. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: dooglus (dooglus) Date: 2007-11-05 21:37 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1546005 Originator: NO Yes. The ducks are linked, so the position of each duck is the same relative to its layer, but the layers themselves are offset, so the ducks don't display in the same position on-screen. If you want to link the position of one duck to be (the position of the other duck) plus (the offset of the other layer) you can do that using an 'add' convert. Export one duck's position, and right-click > convert the other to an 'add' convert. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=757416&aid=1824730&group_id=144022 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
