Repeating myself, I said "I installed (already had GTK via Glade for Inkscape) gtkmm, synfig, synfig studio, in that order. This is the second time I have attempted to install it." ...mine says specifically, "libglibmm-2.4-1.dll is not found" if that makes any difference. Windows Vista OS. ...still get the error.
