Summary: Can't locate libglibmm

Initial Comment:
Windows XP.
Install ver 0.61.03
Have GTK+ 2.6.9 runtime enviroment installed already.
Installs fine. Does not set up file association for .sif
When I try to run it says
"synfig.exe - Unable To Locate Component" [Title]
"This applcation has failed to start because
libglibmm-2.4-1.dll was not found. ..."

This should be fixed by using the new SVN build by Atrus and electing to
set environment variables during the GTK and GTKmm installs. In addition,
lots of bugs have been fixed in SVN.

I get the same error.  I went downloaded the DLL and dropped
it in the proper location (I guessed around a few times) and
then the error message changed, asking for another DLL.

After all the DLLs are in, it tells you it can't find
something in the DLL.
