I think that you are heroes keeping Synfig Alive. I really think that
dividing groups to areas is a good idea, but with goals and deadlines in a
first moment. A call to all users would be fine and I can help like this:
- Artwork ( any )
- Video Tutorials, tutorials, e-books, DVD for crowdfunding
- Marketing teasers and social network spreading
- Translation to Portuguese ( synfig core and synfigstudio )
- Keep creating very short movies to promote it
