Hi folks!

Lately the number of illegal posts on the SF trackers are increasing. I
don't know if it is possible to restrict the comments to registered users
only but for the moment I haven't found a way to set up like that.
In Github code comment and issues additions is restricted to registered
users.

It seems that there isn't a clear way to transfer the trackers from SF to
github [1].

The tracker is receiving many spam comments and they can only can be
hidden, not deleted, so at the end the spammers have its spam post alive.

Looks like the new project features from SF, Allura [2] still allowing
anonymous comments on the trackers but it won't allow create new tickets to
non registered users.

So the thing is: Why don't we migrate to Allura format (Looks like it is
still delayed but the plan is that every project should use it [3]) and see
how the new tracker works?. If it receives less spam we can continue using
it until we decide finally the code migration. If the situation is the
same, then we can think rush on migrate to github or to any other place.

In my opinion, tie trackers to code is the best idea and if we finally
would go to github, I think that the sooner we adopt the new tracker , the
better.

Cheers!
