If I think about what I think Synfig needs as a package, rather than what I
would like personally (e.g. if Synfig was a commercial product and I was
its manager) I'd want these three:
i) Render engine speed up is very important so you can work usefully with
the canvas rather than the preview window.
ii) Real IK - bones. I think this would encourage a lot of people to
investigate Synfig who haven't up to now.
iii) Lipsynching - we need a better solution for this. It's OK if we're
using an external tool but integration with Synfig Studio should be much
nicer.
But for me personally ii) and iii) aren't really important.
