Yay! another missing commit for release: Long time ago I removed not usable
XCode files. Looks like they were included in the extra distribution for
ETL, so when doing a make distcheck, make complained about not target to
make the rules of removed files. So I've removed the extra distribution for
those non longer existing files.
Tags updated, building packages again.
