Doh! I'm sorry. It is absolutely needed to make tarballs before to add
tags. There are many hidden errors that make distcheck raises up and that
must be fixed before tag and start doing the packages.
Looks like there was a missing file not added to the sources at the
Makefile.am for the CLI (tool) it doesn't represent a problem for creating
binaries (since the scripts uses directly the sources and they missing
added file exists. The problem is when you do make distcheck because it
creates a specific Makefile.in that replaces the Makefile.am and if the
sources are not listed there, then they are considered as non existing.
Rebuilding the tarballs again and later doing the packages.
