I think that if the toolbox become a panel (and so be dockable), this can be
useful for users who use multiple screen setup for example ... but maybe
For sure, we can limit the dockable behavior to a horizontal/vertical toolbar,
and exclude the toolbar panel form the horizontal and vertical panels (who host
library, parameters, graphs....panels)
