By my problem on my previous comment here the resolved : Remove "C:\Users\USERNAME\Synfig" (make sure to replace "USERNAME" with your actual username). I can run the cobra render with new file (empty file), but Synfig has crashes when I change the legacy render to cobra render. If you guys have same problem like this, please consider that Cobra supports only limited set of layers right now. Namely: Region, Outline, Bitmap, Group, Translate, Rotate, Scale, Gradient. It might crash with some unsupported layers (on your exsisting files). Next build will also have Blur supported.
