Something to think about: what sort of recovery environment would
be useful?

(Part of this would be enumerating the possible failure modes.)

There isn't a plan at present.  On SXCE, the installation boot archive
is just copied into place and used for that.  The OpenSolaris CD's boot
archive is not suitable for that usage (not that the SXCE one was,
either, but it's even less so).  If we're to have one, there's a need
for someone (perhaps the sysadmin community) to define what sort of
recovery environment is desired and provide a file list or something
that can be used to generate it.
