I am not sure if this is the right way, but I did following and it seems to work

1. loop back mounted DVD

2. cp the entire DVD to one folder

3. rm -rf the Product dir (Since I wanted flash image only)

4. Copy my flar image to that folder

5. generate iso using mkisofs
