Hello, I am having SunFire T2000 server. Just got installed Solaris 10 October 2009 sparc edition on it.
Problem: Not able to ping/telnet/ssh to this system from remote system. Description: Everything is set like DNS in my AD etc etc. I assign same name as before for the server. Able to ping other PC's from this server but not able to ping this server from remote pC. Apr 15 15:32:22 svc.startd[7]: svc:/network/ssh:default: Method "/lib/svc/method /sshd start" failed with exit status 255. Apr 15 15:32:22 trinity svc.startd[7]: network/ssh:default failed: transitioned to maintenance (see 'svcs -xv' for details) ------------------------------------------------------------ I installed full OS with OEM support. What can be the problem? Is it because I edited /etc/ssh/sshd.conf ? I configured allow SSH correctly I beleive.
