Thank to Rob & Lubos. In hurry I forgot to post the output of "/var/svc/log/network-ssh:default.log" here. I sent to Rob only..didnt put sysadmin in cc.
Problem was > I put option as "Yes" where it should be "yes". Due to this everything was blown off. [ Very silly problem created by myself ..:P ] I have now replaced the sshd_conf from another identical server but Rob explained about the error. I didn't realize that. Thanks again to both of you.
