Greetings:
There MUST be something I'm missing - but I dunno what it is.
Did a google search on
"solaris 9 xpdf: No display font for 'ZapfDingbats"
And got back several hundred references.
Tried setting
setenv GS_FONTPATH /usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/outline
setenv GS_LIB
/usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/Type1:/usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/Type3:/usr/l
ocal/share/ghostscript/8.60/lib/fonts
as recommended in the xpdf 3.02 README. Cleared up about 40 errors but
I still have these remaining. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
Also, xpdf seems to take FOREVER to start up.
I running xpdf on an Ultra-1/167 w/512mb memory and Solaris 9 w/current
patches.
Assist would be appreciated.
