Hi Alejo,
I'll have diffs between ver-01 and ver-02 when that comes out.
I did some massive re-writing between ver-00 and ver-01. I
think that the diffs would just be a very long list of
additions and wouldn't show that much. If anyone really wants
them, please send me a separate note and I'll generate them
and send them to you.
As a summary, the following sections had major changes:
Section 3
Section 3.1
Section 4 (which was expanded to 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4)
I also made some slight changes in Section 5.1 to remove the
references to the strict ASCII code set.
