Inconsistent footnote set up. Corrected.

..umm.. I guess there _are_ no people living within syslog. Corrected.

Corrected.

I think I missed that week of 4th grade English. Corrected.

I've tried to clear this up a bit so I've changed it to:
Various behaviors have been seen on receivers that do receive messages
greater than 1024 bytes. Some have been seen to log the entire contents
of the message, while others have been seen to log only portions of the
message. Still others have been known to discard the message altogether.

Corrected.

Thanks. :-)

Let me know if the ID isn't liberal enough to allow for just about any
known and observed behavior.

I'll get this resubmitted to the draft-editor, the Secretariat and our
sponsoring AD.

Many thanks,
Chris
