Page 20 mentions: " Fragment Length FragLen 1-4"
Actually, this can be ``1-3'', as the fragment can never reach a
length of 999. A syslog-header, with fulltimestamp etc will take at
least the other 25 available positions of the 1024 that fitt.
But, is only a detail.
