Hi, We have had a bit of dicussion based on implementations, and I welcome that input. The notes you made while doing your implementations might have been based on the -11- draft.
Now that a new draft -12- is available, we encourage you to see if the comments are still valid. It would be very helpful if comments are clear about whether they are relevant to -11- or -12-, in case there is a difference. (Obvously, we would like comments to be about -12-, but for a short time won't reject implementation comments based on -11-).
