I believe that memo said that they *are* going to be
implementing these changes to the firewall which
implies that it may not be implemented everywhere, but
you should be prepared that if it doesn't work with
plans other than the full internet plans you'll know
why it's not working.  And access by PDAs, etc. will
be limited at a future time after they do what they
say that they are going to do.
