If this is true and really coming from T-Mobile, they need to polish 
their grammar!

Great.  Just when I was ready to plunge into a Treo 650.  $4.99 is just 
right for my modest mobile internet needs.  Now I'll have to reconsider 
if I have to pay $19.99 month for ocassional email and web browsing.
