I have been getting other people's e-mail showing up on my SonyEricsson T610.
I have registered [EMAIL PROTECTED] a long time ago, and somehow I have a feeling that [EMAIL PROTECTED] sends e-mail to more than just me. I got e-mails that were sent to the following numbers: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] I called T-mobile customer service and I have tried to get this resolved. I was transferred to technical support and they informed me that there is nothing they can do to stop this and I have 2 options. 1) Go to tmobile.com and add the e-mail addresses I am getting these e-mails from to a black list. That means that every time I get one of these e-mails I have to go on-line and add it to a list. This is unacceptable. Note that I am not getting SPAM, I am getting someone else's e-mail, they are conversations about schedules, real estate loans and the like, they are not unsolicited e-mails they're only unsolicited by me, the non-intended recipient. If t-mobile would at least allow a white list where you only get e-mails from previously approved people, it would make sense, but for me to block anyone who accidentally sends me an e-mail is just plain stupid. 2) Change my t-mobile phone number. What kind of ridiculous option is that?!?!? I will change providers before I change phone numbers, that's for sure! I am pretty sure that it has to do with the [EMAIL PROTECTED] being assigned to multiple people, as most of the time someone called [EMAIL PROTECTED] gets CC'd on these e-mails. After he gave me these two options, he refused to transfer me to a data specialist, as he said everyone in tech support is a data specialist. He also refused to transfer my call to his supervisor and when he asked if there was anything else he could help with and I said no, he simply hung up! Has anyone else experienced this? This is so unprofessional and makes my blood boil! Their t-zone e-mail system is screwed up and they refuse to fix it! I have been a happy customer of T-mobile but this just makes me mad!
