Even if you could establish an ad hoc WiFi connection between your laptops your 
wife and you cannot both use the T-Mobile GPRS card at the same time. I 
seriously doubt that she could even connect to the card if it's in your laptop. 
Either obtain a card for her or load the software on her laptop (internet 
manager) and let her use the card.
