I have bought HP IPAQ h6315 . I did not know it is locked by T-Mobile service . I am outside U.S and T-Mobile service is not available . I contacted T-Mobile to give me the unlock code but they told me I have to make one of my friends who are one subscribed to their service contact them on behave of me and tell them he is going to travel outside U.S for more than 5 months and he request unlock code for the device and give them the IMEI number and they will give him the unlock code .
