Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on a known issue that concerns SIM unlocking the h6315 iPAQ from T-Mobile. I have been trying to unlock mine for two weeks now, and have received two different codes from T-Mobile. Neither one works. I was then told to try the second code again but with a non-T-Mobile SIM in the unit, and that should work. Well, it did not.
The only fix for this is to replace the unit. Oddly enough it took 5 calls to T-Mobile to get the information that there is a known issue and a sixth to get the unit replaced.
