It does not matter who your provider is for your phone. Unlocking you phone removes the sim restriction and allows you to use any provider's sim with your phone. If you tried to unlock your phone and wasn't able to, you messed up in some way. There is no way TMobile can monitor if you unlocked your phone or not. In fact they seem to encourage you to use unlocked phones on their service (or such has been my experience with them). I currently have an AT&T Nokia 6620 that I unlocked and use with TMobile now. It was just a matter of using the proper code to unlock it. Maybe research "sim unlocking" on google and help to educate yourself more on the matter. :) > > Eric > > Kevin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > i jsut wanted to let u all know that now if u try to unlock your > phone u have to use a sim other than t-mobiles i tryed this the other > day and i guess they caught on and also is anny one has a phoen other > than T-mobile in oc ca let me know becuase i would like to get mine > unlocked but cant still i have a non t-mobiles sim and dont know anny > wone most are tmobile coustomes or verizon > > > > > > - - - - > > > > > Yahoo!
