<When I purchased the G100 they enabled everything on my phone SIM. Got home and it dawned on me that I had to kill my phone to use the Card. Went back to the store and they issued a new SIM with the proper settings. Didn't cost any extra. They do assign a dummy ten digit number for billing which just shows up on your regular voice bill. The data plan is shown against this dummy number, which is linked to your voice number...>
Ron - Here is what T-Mo emailed me - "The only way to get another SIM card to use for a separate data line will be to open another line of service on your account under the data only plan for $29.99, this would require a year contract. The only way to be able to start and stop the data service for the add-on price of $19.99 per month is the way you are doing it now on one SIM card". So I guess I will either have to switch out the sims card if I get a Merlin G100 (not crazy about that idea the more I think of it) or maybe I will fiddle with trying to get my V600 to access the internet again with XP and a bluetooth adapter - I had it working real good at one time.
