I'm trying out the Motorola A630. I was really looking forward to getting it because I've read nothing but good things about it, but so far I've been a bit disappointed. I got it mostly for its email capabilities, which seem to fall short of what I had hoped.
I have two IMAP email accounts which I've tried setting up on it. The A630 doesn't download any messages from one of the accounts, telling me that there are too many messages. It downloads messages from the other account until it runs out of space. I tried setting the "Cleanup" value to 20 messages, but it still downloaded over 150 messages. Also, the phonebook displays a person once for each phone number I have stored for him/her. I found an article on Motorola's web site which said to set the "View" from All Contacts to Primary Contacts, but that didn't make a difference. Does anyone have experience with these issues? I really want to like this phone, but these things (especially the email) are driving me crazy. Thanks, Kurt ------------------------ Yahoo!
