First of all, spell check your email--this is REALLY hard to read and
understand.

Secondly, T-Mobile bought the CA market from Cingular in 2004, so they do own
the towers now. The money you speak of went to buy the system, it also goes to
fund the industry's best customer service, and give you the excellent rates you
enjoy, as well as the great technological developments that T-Mobile is known
for. T-Mobile's capital expenditures are far higher percentage wise than any
other US carrier.

Third, hardly any carriers offer insurance on wireless handsets as a stand
alone policy. So wireless carriers have very few to choose from. When too
many people screw over the insurance carriers, rates go up. Just like health
insurance.
