I have simultaneous ring on my VoIP provider so that one call to one
number will ring multiple phones. So far I have STiMobile(Sprint)
and Verizon voice mail turned off and they both go to my VoIP voice
mail even when those phones are turned off. The T-Mobile phone,
however, goes to the T-Mobile voice mail system.
My prepaid T-Mobile-To-Go phone always says "Not Allowed" when I try
to disable call forwarding. How do I get this silly phone to just
not answer at all? Verizon and STiMovile/Sprint do not have this
problem--even though a real-live user gets a "Person not available"
recording the VoIP system gets a "non-answer".
I think this has something to do with "Answer Supervision" and the T-
Mobile voice mail system not doing this correctly.
I remember a postpaid T-Mobile allowed me to call-forward so I would
just as soon turn off call-forward or have the phone call-forward to
a non-existent number. The prepaid plan doesn't seem to let me do
any of this.
Any suggestions?
