Unfortunately, while they did turn off the voice mail, the call is 
still picked up.  All the other providers have "answer supervision" 
which do not actually "answer" or complete the call when voice mail 
is turned off.

I guess T-Mobile still has something to learn about telephone 
systems.  Voice mail should not "pick up" when it is disabled, but T-
Mobile's does.
