Check if you can see the phone in your Windows Explorer-- it should be
listed along your other devices like printers, scanners, etc. If so,
you can probably just browse to it to see you media.

If not, figure out if there is any software that should have
accompanied your USB cable or phone. If that's the case, make sure you
remove the device in the device manager (select it and press delete),
then disconnect the phone from the cable, install the software, and
re-connect the phone to the cable.

When you first connected the phone to the PC, did Windows "find" your
new hardware? Did it install any driver for it?
