I think most of the is just the (semi)-annual news about the possibility of a sale as DT (rightfully) looks at their options. TM USA is the largest portion (revenue) of T-Mo International, and reported 38% of TM International first quarter revenue, and 18% of DT revenue as a whole. fF course, those numbers are growing at 20-30% per year, and TM USA is now profitable as well.
