If you have mobile-to-mobile any call to a T-Mobile number is
considered mobile-to-mobile *unless* the phone you're calling is not on
a T-Mobile network or if you are not on a T-Mobile network.

I've heard differing things some people say that calls to voicemail are
charged as mobile-to-mobile while others say it comes from your anytime
minutes.

Conditional forwarding is just what it says you have calls forwarded
but conditions have to be met such as busy, ,doesn't answer, out of
reach etc. Unconditional forwarding is when all calls are always
forwarded to a specified number. Your phone will never ring. It's the
same kind of forwarding you have at home from the telephone compan
where you dial *72+number to forward a call. Unconditional forwarding
always uses plan minutes with T-Mobile so that would be anytime minutes
or night and weekend minutes depending on when you had the calls
forwarded.

It definitely would take minutes from the prepaid, but if the prepaid's
a T-Mobile prepaid the caller with mobile-to-mobile won't use any
anytime minutes.

No, that is not correct. If you use conditional forwarding on your
non-prepaid number it will deduct from the 500 minute allowance for
conditional call forwarding. The prepaid phone however will be debited
minutes like any other call.

As I wrote above conditional forwarding is forwarding that you make
where certain conditions have to be met e.g. the line is busy, it's not
answered or the phone is not reachable (turned off or out of reach of a
signal.) Unconditional forwarding forwards all calls regardless of the
condition.
