Unless things have changed you only get mobile-to-mobile when you're on
the T-Mobile network. I do not believe mobile-to-mobile applies when
you call a T-Mobile subscriber who's on a competitor's network such as
Suncom or cingular in the Carolinas.

As far as getting more coverage or "roll over" minutes T-Mobile is what
it is. They have lots more coverage through roaming agreements than
they did. They will never have the coverage that the "cellular"
providers such as cingular and Verizon have simply because they are a
PCS provider and the cellular providers had a 12 year head start over
T-Mobile. If you want the superior coverage you'll go with cingular or Verizon.
