T-Mobile did change it's policies regarding MTM recently. With few
exceptions most coverage is able to use MTM now, that includes NC and SC. A
friend lives in NC and has been on T-mobile for quite a while and has just
started being able to use MTM again.

Subject: [T-Mobile-US] Mobile to Mobile Question

OK everytime I call customer care I get a different answer and it gets very
frustrating. I am in a T-mobile coverage area so I have unlimited MTM
calling. Well we are moving to NC from TX which NC is not Tmobile coverage
area but was told that MTM is covered now and then I call to make sure and
was told that MTM is not covered yet. So that makes calling from MTM not
worth anything during the day as that is the way my hubby and I talk when he
is at work or somewhere...rather than calling the house and wasting minutes
we call each other's mobile. So if anyone can tell me what is up with T-
mobile's coverage area. They really need to get more coverage and some roll
over minutes.
