T-Mobile has changed the MTM footprint to include almost all systems with a very few exceptions, however, NC is one of them. The exceptions are calls made or received on Edge Wireless, Colorado Wireless or Cingular networks in Colorado, Maine, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and Vermont.
If you are moving to North Carolina, where T-Mobile does not provide coverage, you may be able to cancel your service without penalty by calling Care and giving them your new address. They will require you to fax them a copy of a utility bill showing you live at the new address before waiving the cancellation fee. Hope this helps.
