i have also had it for one week, received it last Saturday 7/16. All incoming calls are garbled, called Tmobile, and there were no complaints about reception or the phone. I am seriously considering exchanging the phone for another one, but I'm scared I will just be wasting money. I've always had Samsung phones, through Sprint PCS, and I have never had any complaints about it. Call quality has always been clear, so I decided to upgrade from my Motorola phones with T- Mobile to Samsung. The voice quality is the same as it was with my motorola phones. I am beginning to think this is a reception problem.
