Just bought 3 new x475 phones and each one has a terrible incoming voice that sounds garbled. Really very disappointed with it. The volume on the incoming is not anywhere near a good as the sgh e105. When I bought it at T-Mobile I was assured that the sound would be much better than the my older sgh R225M, not true. It has other great features but what good is it if you can't understand what is being said on the other end of the call?
