Yes the site is sometimes difficult but if the page times out on you just hit F5 or refresh until the page loads, sometimes the backend servers have trouble getting the info to the webserver fast enough. Also be sure to use a browser they specify otherwise you many have issues as well. I've tried using Opera and sometimes it will work but sometimes errors out while using IE it usually works the first time.
You can always check your usage by dialing #min# from your phone for free to prevent overages. In the end if all it takes for you to be unhappy with the service is their website you probably aren't going to be happy else where either. Especially somewhere more serious problems are a common occurrence.
