from  coustomer service and u cant get it online because there system is
constanly update one my contract is up i am swith to cingular a real

You have posted before and I remember suggesting you use a spellchecker as all 
the people in this group are willing and eager to answer any and all questions. 
 I have had great success in getting the answers I need.  The people in this 
group, me included, have difficulty reading your posts.  We all may have issues 
from time to time with T-Mo but in the long run I am very pleased with customer 
service, online access and my V600.  For one thing the family plan rate is 
fantastic.  The phones are great.  The best thing of all is the ability to 
start and stop VPN - for only $19.99 per month prorated!  No other phone 
service offers add-on unlimited data using your phone as a modem at this rate.  
Any online website is down for updates and maintenance - perhaps you will have 
better luck with Cingular - if so - I suggest when you start posting to their 
newsgroup to please use your spell checker - your emails are giving people the 
wrong impression that you are illiterate and if you are a college student this 
is a very real area of concern.  By the way your Yahoo Profile should be run 
through the spellchecker too!
