Try eBay. If no luck there you can try http://telestial.com though it will cost you considerably more than if you got the SIM yourself when you get to Germany. If you're going to any town of any size you should be able to pick up a prepaid SIM from any of the major operators there quite easily. Telestial is only really useful if you absolutely have to know the subscriber number prior to your trip. Telestial is a convenience service for getting foreign SIMs. If you can wait til you arrive in Germany you'll save yourself a considerable amount of money. For available services go to http://www.prepaidgsm.net click on operators and choose "European Union" then choose Germany.
