Yes you're still pro-rated if you add and remove it as you've done before.
About the phone, it's hard to say because there are other factors that come
into play. To get the best deal you need to be on a $39.99 or higher rate
plan for starters. Don't take the first offer, call back a few times and
even ask for an account specialist or say cancel to the automated system.
