<so I'm thinking I might get different answers with different SIMs>I am quite sure any prepaid sim that does not have minutes added will have the phone number expire after 90 days - so it can't have minutes added after that point.
Here is a typical eBay auction that allows you to buy a prepaid sim with a number already assigned - the minutes expire probably in 45 days or and then you can go ahead and add more minutes if you want - sometimes you can even change the phone number - I do this all the time (I sent you a sim in today's mail) DonnaB http://cgi.ebay.com/Prepaid-T-Mobile-Sim-Cards-HoLYCoW-FREE-30-CRDT-0-99_W0QQitemZ9721416936QQcategoryZ43308QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
