Does anyone know what it takes to get T-mobile to build more towers?

I live in a small town, Duncan OK and according to T-mobiles coverage map they
must be on a tower on the south east side of town. The town is growing
more in the north west side of town. Sometimes especially when it
rains I don't have service at my dad's house which is not that far North.
I have met people that have moved here from other places and they
think T-mobile's service is poor here even though with the phone they
have they have service in Blockbuster and I don't. I have a Nokia 3595
and I'm planning on trying a diffenent phone when I can get the money.

Also Walmart has been selling gsm Tracfones that work on T-mobile so
it seems like there might be a need for another tower.
