Hey, you could go and speak directly with Bob Dotson the CEO of
T-Mobile USA and even if you did and he agreed it's not just a matter
of the next day pulling into a site with a big monopole and plopping
it down anywhere they wish.  Even dealing with NIMBY's (which is the
cause for lots of bad reception) the process to put up a new base
station takes *months* to happen (if it can happen at all.)
