I talked to tier 3 data support today,he said they were aware of 
  problems in Ga. east coast and Florida but none in metro Atlanta.

He said they would run some tests and possibly check the tower.
  They will be calling or texting me in 2-3 days,so I'll post when       
  they do.

Only 3 weeks left in my contract! woot!
