Unfortunately, I'd have to agree with your statement based on my limited experience in GA. I've traditionally sent large batches of SMS via TMO at midnight with almost no problems (exception: last year a couple had to be resent). This year, however, I had zero success and only attempted to send a few due to frustration. One which appeared to be sent did not reach the recipient, and I couldn't successfully send another to another TMO user until 3:13am (she did get it, though). I received only one during that time period (midnight to 3 am EST), and I wondered how many might have actually been sent to me.
